Well,Today the band have been chatting and have decided that we all want a change and a break from what we are doing now. This evidently brings us to the point of us deciding to not carry on with The Auxiliaries anymore. This isnt saying that in some time some of the band might not get writing songs again but there is no plans for that. As this is proberly the last piece of news that will be put on this website we just want to say thanks to everyone who came to our gigs near and far and everyone who gave us support.The Auxiliaries x1914

We have been invited onto Ryan Wright Presents.. On Sheffield Live Radio on 11th February at 11am. We will be performing some acoustic tracks with a interview aswell. Hello,As you may know, Our forum has been a bit mental latley. Its been the same for us dont worry. We backed everything up today and we will keep doing it till we either decide on a new forum or fix this. >In better news.. we are going back to the studio on 25th January to record vocals and mix the demo of 'Luke'. Hopefully it will be up on the website/myspace that night. Also thanks to everyone for coming to the Cavern on 6/1 it was a great nightDont forget we are playing The Boardwalk on Friday 12th January with The Speakeasy. The Leeds gig at the Mixing Tin has been cancelled, Sorry for the lateness of notifcation we couldnt log in to change the site. We have our new bassist! Her name is Nikki, Shes 16 and from Ilkeston. Her first gig will be at The Hubs, Sheffield come down and say hi! We have been booked for two more gig's aswell, The Hubs (Sheffields Students Union) 21st December and The Faversham, Leeds on the 27th September in a Sheffield VS Leeds Battle of the bands for Aids. We have reached the semi-final of the Derbyshire Times 'Band of the year 2007' Our semi is on November 6th at The Winding Wheel theatre, Chesterfield. We are the average youngest band to ever make the semi's. We are also the first Indie band ever. The night starts at 7:30pm and is ?3, Andeh will be playing on bass for us again
Well... as the people who came to the boardwalk or manchester gig's will have seen (thanks for coming by the way) Phay our bassist hasnt been playing, This is because he is now no-longer a member of the band. We have all been great friends for many a moon but now with college work mounting up and other commitments mounting up in his life we all felt it best if we part ways. He is still a great mate to all of the band and we wish him luck in whatever he does. Now thats the bad new's out of the way last night's manchester gig with PintShotRiot was a great night, same with The Wanted's gig the night before that, thanks for everyone for coming down. well..Our drummer and bass player have decided with exams etc to only concentrate on the one band, and they have decided on there original band, as they were around about two years before we formed, also becuase they feel they have more than just musical ties to it, as it is a christian orientated band, We hope they enjoy it and we will proberly arrange a gig with them sometime, Now.. the good newsWe have asked a new drummer to play with us, and he agreed. The finals will be on the 30th October 2005 in Nottingham at the Royal Concert Hall, (what is the 2nd biggest venue in Nottingham, behind the ice arena) we will have tickets to sell soon and also more information so keep checking back
